The Oriental Park of Maulévrier
THE PARK
You are attracted by Japanese art and more particularly by Japanese gardens? So take a look at the Oriental Park of Maulévrier, a real enclave of Japan in the Maine et Loire region, only a few minutes from the Vendée.
Everything is made for the change of scenery and the resourcefulness. As soon as you enter the park, the architecture and botanicals plunge you into a world with very oriental tones. Let yourself be enchanted by this magical place that can be visited day and night.
A luxuriant vegetation accompanies your journey. Pruning shrubs and vegetation in general seems to be an extraordinary challenge for the park gardeners. Deserving gardeners who are constantly designing and redesigning this park definitely turned to Japan!
Not to be missed are the night visits, during which the park is shown in a surprising and magical light. Light effects and lighting highlight the architecture and the plants. It is a pure wonder for young and old. Don’t hesitate and choose to see the park at night!
